Dimitrios Voulgaris (1802-1877).
Son of a notable from Hydra and husband of the daughter of Lazaros Kountouriotis. He took part in the Greek War of Independence and occupied administrative posts. Between 1855 and 1874 he became prime minister eight times while he was one of the prime movers in the deportation of Otto. He was nicknamed 'Tsoumpes' becauseof the distinctive Hydra clothing he wore.
